Middle School Learn-to-Row Camp

New to rowing? Perfect.

Looking for an active, confidence-building summer experience for your child? Our Middle School Learn-to-Row Camp is a fun, five-day beginner program designed to introduce kids to rowing in a supportive and engaging environment.

Whether your child is a rising 6th, 7th, or 8th grader, they’ll learn the fundamentals of rowing from experienced coaches while staying active, making friends, and building new skills—no prior experience needed. By the end of the week, they won’t just have tried something new—they’ll feel more confident, capable, and excited to keep learning.

For many kids, this is where it all begins. It’s more than just time on the water—it’s an opportunity to grow, have fun, and discover the power of teamwork in a positive, low-pressure setting.

What You’ll Learn

  • On-Water Rowing
    Learn how to safely get in a boat and row with others

  • Basic Technique & Movement
    Introduction to the rowing stroke and body mechanics

    Work together and build comfort in a new sport
